RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of IFS Fire & Safety, Inc. in Corpus Christi, Texas effective February 19, 2026.
For more than 35 years, IFS Fire & Safety has been a family-owned fire protection company serving Corpus Christi and the lower Gulf Coast region.
