Summit Fire & Security Expands New England Presence with Acquisition of Noremac Sprinkler Corporation and North Atlantic Fire & Safety Corporation
RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Noremac Sprinkler Corporation, Cameron & Davis Fire Protection Engineering, and North Atlantic Fire & Safety Corporation in Attleboro, Massachusetts, effective June 23, 2026. The transaction was structured as a purchase of substantially all of the assets of Noremac Sprinkler Corporation and North Atlantic Fire & Safety Corporation by Summit Fire & Security LLC.
Noremac Sprinkler and North Atlantic Fire & Safety have built a strong reputation throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and the greater New England region by combining decades of fire protection experience with engineering, installation, inspection, and service expertise. The companies support a broad range of customers and project partners, including building owners, developers, general contractors, sprinkler contractors, architects, fire departments, and other commercial organizations.
Founded in 1985, Noremac Sprinkler and Cameron & Davis Fire Protection Engineering provide fire sprinkler design and installation, fire protection engineering, code consulting, permitting, and inspection services throughout the New England region. North Atlantic Fire & Safety further strengthens the organization’s capabilities with fire extinguisher and fire suppression system inspection, certification, maintenance, service, and repair.
