RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of HTH Automatic Sprinkler in Goshen, Connecticut effective February 26, 2026. The transaction was structured as a purchase of substantially all of the assets of HTH Automatic Sprinkler, LLC.
Founded in 1989, HTH Automatic Sprinkler has built a strong reputation for high-quality fire sprinkler system installation, inspection, and service across commercial, residential, and industrial markets. The company is known for its technical expertise, customer-focused approach, and long-standing relationships with the community.

As HTH Automatic Sprinkler transitions to Summit Fire & Security, customers will be served out of Summit Fire & Security’s Hartford, Connecticut location and their sprinkler customers will now have access to expanded product and service offerings, including fire detection and alarms, alarm system monitoring, fire extinguishers, pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression, and special hazard fire suppression systems as well as a full line of security solutions to meet any need.
